By accessing or using Court Canvas ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Court Canvas is a tennis strategy visualization tool that allows users to create, animate, and share tactical diagrams. The App stores your plays locally on your device and does not require an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Court Canvas only for lawful purposes. You may:
- Create and save tennis strategy diagrams
- Share diagrams via URL with others
- Export diagrams as images or animations
- Use the App for personal, educational, or coaching purposes
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and visual elements, is owned by Court Canvas and protected by intellectual property laws. Diagrams you create using the App are yours to use as you wish.
Free and Ad-Free Options
Court Canvas is free to use with ads. Free users may experience limitations such as watermarks on exports and a maximum number of saved plays. A one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is available to remove advertisements, watermarks, and unlock additional features.
No Warranty
Court Canvas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Canvas and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Court Canvas is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary, your saved plays stay on your device, and we use limited analytics to understand aggregate site usage without asking you for personal information.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Court Canvas at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
